Due to continued success in the country we are now seeking experienced Quantity Surveyors, Assistant Quantity Surveyors to join our already established team in Sri Lanka.
Requirements
Qualified with a Diploma Certificate / NCT/ NDT or Bachelor of Science degree in Quantity Surveying from an accredited internationally recognized institution or equality university or technical colleges.
- Excellent pre contract experience.
- Excellent post contract experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Able to act on own initiative and proactive way.

Responsibilities
The Quantity Surveyor will hold the following responsibilities and duties
- The Quantity Surveyor will report to Senior Quantity Surveyor.
- Take of Quantities from Drawings.
- Preparation of bill of quantities with minimum guild.
- Ability to identify revisions with various pre contract stages.
- Ability to attend client’s meeting and reply to queries.
