Gim Soo
Partner/ Chief Operation Director
Gim Soo is the Partner/ Chief Operation Director of Dumeeqs, has over 20 years' experience delivering Project and Cost Consultancy Services in the Middle East and South-East Asia. Gim's principal areas of expertise include for but not limited to cost planning, tendering and negotiations, change management, contract administration, claims / dispute management and resolution.
Gim's key project experience includes transportation & infrastructure, Natural habitats, deserts animal safaris & aquatic exibits, high rise towers, Government buildings, private residential/ commercial mix used developments and shopping complexes.
The wide variety of successful projects has encompassed most sectors of the economy, been achieved using a carefully chosen mix of procurement options and benefited from a focus on Client expectations and dialogue.
Gim is a Member of the AIQS, CICES, RICS, SISV and regularly involved with the assessment of new applicants.
DS. Wanasinghe
Managing Director
D.S Wanasinghe is our Managing Director. Wanasinghe represents Dumeeqs for business development and the overall delivery of our services in the Middle East & South-East Asia.
Wanasinghe has over 20 years' experience in construction consultancy and throughout this time he has consistently proven he has the experience, personality, enthusiasm and diplomatic skill necessary to carry a project through to a successful conclusion. Wanasinghe' s principal areas of experience include Employer Representation, Commercial Administration and Contract Administration relating to new build, refurbishment, maintenance and fitting out contracts.
He has experience of working with most of the leading consultants and contractors operating in the Middle East and enjoys a reputation for being very professional in his approach and for his ability to achieve project objectives, regardless of difficulties encountered.
